Refund policy
Due to the personalized nature of most of our products, items made to order cannot be returned. All personalized products are created specifically for each customer and are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
However, non-personalized items may be returned within 100 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. To start a return, please contact us at [care@bentior.com] with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds / Replacements
We do offer refunds or replacements for damaged or defective items, including personalized items, within 100 days of delivery.
Damaged items include:

Markings or spots on your photo that weren’t present in the original upload

Damaged or defective gem
Damaged items do not include:

Blurry images caused by low-resolution uploads

Items with no visible flaws or damage

Cropped images that match the preview shown during order (our preview tool shows the exact cropping before purchase)
If your item is damaged, you may be asked to provide a photo or video showing the issue before a refund or replacement is issued.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We can only cancel orders before production begins. Once we’ve started making your personalized item, we cannot cancel the order due to the custom nature of the product.
For non-personalized items, cancellation is possible until the item is shipped.
